Shipping and Payment information  

Incoming Work:

Required Information:
Please enclose this information when shipping your parts to Quality Plating for plating.

Packing list of all parts in each box. [ list each part as disassembled and all nuts seperated from bolts. ]
Sender Information - Include your Name, Address, Day Time Phone Number on each packing list enclosed in each package.

Wheels: All wheels must have tires removed as well as valve stem & any weights. If you are shipping hubs, remove all bearings and bearing races. There will be a $20.00 removal charge for each hub or wheel that has the bearings and races still installed.
Cleaning your wheels of all road grime before sending will help to keep your final costs down.

Parts: All parts must be fully disassembled or you will be charged for time rquired to disassemble your parts.
All parts must have all seals, bearings, and gaskets removed prior to shipping to us.
If we disassemble any parts, we will NOT be responsible for any broken, missing parts, and will NOT reassemble the component.

Outgoing Work:

All work is shipped via UPS ground.
All other shipping requests must be made with us prior to shipping date.

Payment Information:

We ship to you C.O.D. { Cashiers check or money orders only}
We will accept a company check if you request an account application.
We will accept pre-payments to save you a C.O.D. fee.
